I’ve lived the CEO role. The entrepreneur role. Been doing sessions with CEOs since the (gasp) 1990s. Got a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology along the way, but we’re never going to do therapy. Not my thing. Oh, did I mention, I’m a hell of a lot of fun to work with. We will laugh. A lot.
I’ve worked with some people for 3 to 6 months, and I’ve worked with some CEOs for over a decade. Not because they need to work with me, but our time together serves them and they derive benefit from having a well-informed and objective ear to reflect upon what’s going on in their organizations. I’m fine with short- and long-term engagements and I will never overtly or covertly pressure you to extend.
